These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of hivestaconstruction.com and any related pages, forms, tools and content (together, the "Website") operated by Hivesta Construction LLC ("Hivesta Construction," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

It is not an offer, bid, proposal, estimate or contract for construction or any other services, and it is not engineering, architectural, legal, zoning, tax, financial or investment advice. Costs, timelines and market figures are typical ranges that may not reflect current conditions or your specific project. Always consult qualified, licensed professionals and the applicable government authorities before making decisions.

Any construction or consulting services are provided only under a separate written agreement signed by Hivesta Construction LLC. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement controls.

2. Feasibility reports and other AI-generated content

Our feasibility reports and similar tools are generated automatically using artificial intelligence and publicly available or user-provided data. They are preliminary, automated estimates only. In particular:

• They are not professional engineering, architectural, surveying, legal, zoning, appraisal, tax or financial advice, and are not prepared or sealed by a licensed professional.
• They are not a bid, quote, proposal or contract, and do not obligate either party to enter into any agreement.
• Zoning, permitting, cost, rent, value and return figures may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate. AI-generated content can contain errors. You must independently verify all information with the relevant jurisdiction and qualified professionals before relying on it.
• Reports are provided for your own internal evaluation. You may not present them to third parties as a professional opinion of Hivesta Construction.

3. Your submissions

When you submit information through the Website (for example, a property address, project details or contact information), you represent that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store and process your submission to respond to you, prepare reports, provide and improve our services, and as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not submit confidential information you are not comfortable sharing with us.

THE WEBSITE, ITS CONTENT AND ALL REPORTS AND TOOLS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIVESTA CONSTRUCTION LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, FINANCING OR INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR RELIANCE ON, THE WEBSITE OR ANY REPORT, CONTENT OR TOOL, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC REPORT OR TOOL GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
