    Why Hivesta

    Phased. Priced upfront. Built in-house.

Every Hivesta project runs in defined phases with costs set out before work starts. Our in-house team handles the build, so we control the schedule and the budget instead of waiting on outside crews.

Homeowners build the home they want for 10–15% under market value.* Investors get homes with multiple exits (sell, rent or refinance) and a team that protects the investment like its own.

    * Based on Hivesta-built homes, comparing the owner's total build cost with the home's appraised value at completion. Results vary by lot, plan and market.

    How cost-plus works

    Four rules we build by

    1. 01

      Budget before we build

We price every phase from lot feasibility to keys, and you sign off on the full budget before work starts.

    2. 02

      You pay actual cost

Labor and materials are billed at what they really cost. Every invoice is open to you as we build.

    3. 03

      One agreed fee

Our fee is a percentage of construction cost, agreed in the contract before work starts.

    4. 04

      Our own crews

Site prep, block, framing, stucco, drywall, tile and pavers are done in-house, so we control the schedule and the budget.
